By booking a call or paying for a written-only review (kitchen & cabinet or general), you understand and agree:

Educational opinion only. Reviews are general, educational opinions based only on the documents, photos and information you provide.
Not an inspection. This is not a home inspection, site visit, engineering assessment, or building code or permit review. Nothing is verified in person.
Not contracting. Field Soft Picks and Jeremy Skadeland do not perform, manage, bid on or supervise your project, and do not recommend or refer specific contractors.
Not legal or financial advice. Comments on contract terms, payment schedules, liens or warranties aren't legal advice. Talk to a licensed attorney for legal questions.
Your decisions are yours. You're responsible for deciding whether to hire a contractor, sign a contract or proceed with a project.
Check things yourself. Confirm licenses, insurance, permits (if required) and local code requirements with the right licensing board, insurer or building department.
No guarantees. No result, price or outcome is guaranteed. Reviews may not catch every issue, especially ones not shown in the materials you provide.
Service area. Reviews aren't offered for projects in Lucas, Wood or Fulton County, Ohio. Every order is checked before work starts, and any order for a project there will be canceled and fully refunded before any work is done.
Rescheduling and refunds (calls). With 24 hours' notice or more, you can reschedule for free or cancel for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, you get one free reschedule but no refund.
Written-only reviews. The 48-hour turnaround starts when your documents arrive at fieldsoftpicks@gmail.com, not at payment.
Refunds (written-only). Written-only reviews are fully refundable until the review has started, but not after. If no documents arrive within 7 days of payment, the order is refunded in full.
